White reflective surface reduces cooling costs, hot-air welded seams create a watertight bond stronger than the membrane itself, and manufacturer warranties run 15-20 years. We install 60-mil and 80-mil TPO, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation.

Flat roof installation requires specialized equipment and training. Our crew uses calibrated hot-air welders for TPO and PVC, torching equipment for modified bitumen, and proper adhesive systems for EPDM. Every seam, flashing, and penetration detail gets individual attention.
